Laura Linney

Laura Leggett Linney, born 5 February 1964 is a famous American actor. Linney has won numerous awards which include four Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards. Linney debuted on Broadway in 1990, and has since received Tony Award nominations, including for the production of The Crucible's revival in 2002 The original Sight Unseen Broadway performances (2004), Time Stands Still (2009), My Name Is Lucy Barton (2017) and the revivals of The Little Foxes (2017). In 2001, Linney received one of the very first Emmy Award she ever received in her television movie Wild Iris. Other wins followed for television sitcom Frasier from 2003 to 2004 and the short-form series John Adams in 2008. From 2010 to 2013, she appeared on the Showtime series The Big C, which won her a fourth Emmy in 2013. Then, from 2017 to 2022 she was a part of Ozark, a Netflix crime series Ozark.
